Study of Public Open Space Circulation Patterns in Mall Building

The lack of open space due to land competition in the area which ultimately causes a gathering activities for community, so that with movement people who originally gathered spaces are now starting move or turn into modern malls. This certainly encourages development malls can be integrated public as place community. There several have been tried concept space, including Park Mall Solo, Kelapa Gading Jakarta and Cihampelas Walk Bandung. purpose this study is determine role circulation patterns affect form method used qualitative descriptive case approach. analysis was carried out by analyzing comparing three combining spaces. results indicate pattern uses covert retail arranged linear manner, visitors pass through has semi-open form.
